Getting started
The platform models Czechia's national startup programme as one ecosystem made of four connected layers. Each layer is a workspace for a different audience, but they all read from the same underlying data.
What the platform is
Startup Czechia is the national front door for founders, operated by CzechInvest. It routes ventures into the right support programme, tracks their progress through delivery partners, and gives the national team a single operating view across the whole ecosystem.
This is a proof-of-concept build. Authentication, AI and external integrations are simulated, and all figures use illustrative data.
The four connected layers
- Founder front door — the public-facing app where founders discover support, complete intake and follow their journey. Routes under
/and/founder. - Stream coordinator — the console used by each programme stream to run its cohorts, delivery partners, funding and evaluations. Routes under
/coordinator. - CzechInvest national layer — the executive control tower for portfolio, routing, intelligence and governance. Routes under
/ei. - Startup Czechia Admin — back-office management of the front door: investors, mentors, data and nation profiles. Routes under
/si-admin.
How to navigate
The home page is a launcher that lets you open any of the four layers. Within a layer, use the left sidebar to move between screens. The national and admin layers also include a “viewing as” role switcher that changes which screens are available.
Roles
The national and admin layers support six roles: Executive, COO, Head of Growth, Stream Manager, Startup Management and Startup Czechia Admin. Each role sees the screens relevant to its work; the admin console is only available to the Startup Czechia Admin role.
